2024 Fair Royalty
Cailey Puls has been selected as the 2024 Archuleta County Fair Queen. She wants to use this opportunity to represent the community and the Fair at local functions. Cailey understands the importance of being a role model for young girls and plans to develop leadership skills by helping to coordinate the activities of the Royalty Court.
She participates in the Colorado Kids 4-H Club and this year she is raising market lambs. She believes the Fair is important to the community and brings family, friends, and the community together to connect and support one another.
Cailey loves to read, plays piano, and enjoys numerous artistic hobbies including drawing, watercolor painting, and crocheting. She is active in her church and youth group, participating in the music program and Bible studies. She enjoys riding horses, hiking, camping, and being outdoors in nature with her family which also includes two brothers. She took part in a Speech and Writing co-op during her Sophomore year which gave her experience writing speeches and judicial persuasive essays and looks forward to her Junior year in high school.

Lyla Frie has been selected as the 2024 Archuleta County Fair Princess. She has represented the Fair and community at public events in town. She feels she works well as part of a team and has shown many leadership qualities through a variety of community activities. Throughout her school years she has maintained a high grade-point average.
She enjoys and has been active in the Colorado Kids 4-H Club for four years and attended 4-H Leadership Camp. She also served as Club Treasurer. Lyla loves animals, especially her pet dog.
Lyla has been active in church youth groups and events, even serving in their children’s ministry, while also volunteering for Food Pantry. Her family includes two brothers who she loves and enjoys looking after. She has been involved with the Pagosa Swim team and the Pagosa Ski team. Lyla also enjoys music and art.

Bristol Jacobson

Bristol Jacobson is the 2024 Archuleta County Fair Junior Princess. She has been involved with the Fair for years as part of an active 4-H family. She loves going to Fair and seeing the animals. She is in third grade in a local private school.
She is a member of the Colorado Kids 4-H Club and has been Council representative for 4-H. Bristol loves cake decorating and looks forward to working with new decorating tools this year in her 4-H class.
Bristol rides horses and likes to Barrel Race and go to rodeos. She enjoys playing basketball and volleyball. Her favorite free-time activities include coloring and painting.
